Strasbourg sausage

Strasbourg sausages can be recognized by their light pink or red color. With a length of between 12 and 14 centimeters, it is made from a mixture of beef then sprinkled with cumin, and finally embossed inside a natural sheep casing. It is one of the most consumed sausages at Panzer, and is particularly appreciated by children for its crunchiness. It is also by this characteristic that it is also called Knack, a word derived from the German "knacken" which literally means: to burst in the tooth.
